emonster, inc. ("emonster", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use emonster.app, emonster product websites, our contact and support forms, our mobile apps and software products, and our software design, development, consulting, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, company, email address, phone or messaging details, location or country, project details, support requests, privacy requests, links, attachments, and any other information you choose to send through our forms or by email.

When you use our websites, apps, or software, we may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, pages or screens viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, crash logs, diagnostics, and similar metadata. Some product purchases, subscriptions, or downloads may be processed by Apple, an app marketplace, or another payment provider, which may provide us limited transaction, entitlement, or receipt information.

We may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, security tools, hosting logs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, measure performance, understand usage, and protect against abuse.

Analytics, Consent, and Hosting

emonster uses Google Analytics 4 only after you explicitly select Allow analytics. Selecting Don’t allow analytics prevents our site code from loading GA4. If you switch from Analytics allowed to Analytics not allowed, our site stops future analytics measurement, removes the dynamically loaded analytics script where possible, and deletes first-party Google Analytics cookies this site can access. The site remains fully functional without analytics. Your choice is stored locally on this device and can be changed through the Privacy settings link in the footer.

We host the website with Firebase Hosting and may use Cloudflare for DNS, security, performance, and Web Analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured outside the website code and may be limited or excluded for some regions according to Cloudflare settings.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate project fit, provide product support, operate and improve our websites and apps, deliver consulting and development services, maintain security, prevent spam or misuse, analyze performance, comply with legal obligations, and manage business records.

emonster is a selective software product and services company. We may use inquiry details to determine whether a project, partnership, press request, privacy request, or support request is appropriate for a response.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Services, including hosting, analytics, email, form processing, security, support, app marketplace, payment, and professional advisory providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your consent.

Children

Our company websites, project inquiry services, and business services are not intended for children under 13. Some emonster products may be family-oriented or child-directed; where a specific product has additional privacy disclosures, those disclosures apply to that product.
